GDPR Disclosure

1. Overview

VivoSocial Inc. is a U.S.-based company currently offering services only to users in the United States.

We are preparing for GDPR compliance ahead of our planned EU launch (expected after June 2026).

3. Planned EU Representative

A representative within the EU will be appointed prior to launch, in accordance with Article 27 GDPR.

4. Data Processing Location

All data is stored on servers in the United States (AWS, GCP).

Prior to EU operations, we will implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for lawful cross-border transfers.

5. Rights of EU Data Subjects

Upon launch in the EU, users will have the right to:

• Access and correct their data,
• Request deletion,
• Restrict processing,
• Data portability, and
• File a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
